Role Description:
The Inside Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for leading the inside sales team, managing inbound and outbound sales activities, and driving revenue growth through effective customer engagement. Daily responsibilities include overseeing lead management, qualifying prospects, developing proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The Inside Sales Manager will collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring sales metrics, coaching team members, and implementing process improvements to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong Inside Sales experience, including managing inside sales processes and teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through responsive communication and problem solving.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing opportunities.
- Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships.
- Proven Sales skills, including negotiation, closing, and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in lighting, construction, building materials, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
