We are a fast-growing, original manufacturer with a differentiated portfolio of highly engineered lighting and controls solutions. We are seeking a driven Midwest Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across the region.

You will drive specification and sales of premium lighting solutions with distributors, design/build contractors, and ESCOs throughout the Midwest. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and grow relationships with key distributors, design/build contractors, and ESCOs across the Midwest.
  • Drive revenue through specifications, project pursuits, and strategic alliances.
  • Leverage our unique product portfolio and controls capabilities to deliver strong ROI for customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer success and rapid issue resolution.

 

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Proven lighting sales experience (manufacturer or agency side).

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working with or for lighting agencies.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with distributors, design/build contractors, and ESCOs.
  • Self-motivated hunter with strong relationship-building and closing skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical value and engineered solutions effectively.
  • Chicago-metro preferred, but strong candidates from anywhere in the Midwest will be considered.
