We are currently seeking a strategic, results-driven professional to join our team of sales, lighting, and manufacturing specialists as a Regional Sales Manager, Western Region USA.

Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving growth by expanding Viscor’s market reach and strengthening partnerships across the Western U.S. region. This individual will develop and execute strategic initiatives, provide market insights, and act as a trusted partner and voice of the customer.
The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise in lighting and controls (especially LED), and the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders including specifiers, engineers, contractors, agents, and distributors.
Sales Territory:
Alaska, California, Washington, Arizona, Montana, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Nevada, and Oregon
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to win lighting projects, including integrated controls and technologies
- Partner with agents to maximize market opportunities and drive sales growth
- Lead regional go-to-market strategies targeting design-build contractors, service contractors, end users, and national accounts
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the overall sales business plan
- Maintain and update project information within Salesforce (CRM)
- Analyze sales performance, effectiveness of strategies, and market trends
- Deliver industry-leading customer service and relationship management
- Coordinate and support company-wide sales initiatives
- Represent Viscor at industry events, training sessions, and trade shows
- Foster strong relationships with employees, partners, vendors, and distributors
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment on company objectives
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the lighting industry (LED focus preferred)
- Strong knowledge of lighting controls and LED solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Proven ability to manage relationships and influence diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and diplomacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
