Regional Sales Manager - Architectural & LED Lighting

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for a respected manufacturer of architectural and LED lighting systems known for design-driven solutions including track, accent, and display lighting used in commercial, retail, and hospitality environments.

 

Overview:

This role is responsible for driving sales growth in the Metro New York market by building strong relationships with architects, lighting designers, specifiers, distributors, and contractors. The Regional Sales Manager will develop new project opportunities, manage key accounts, and expand market presence.

This is a remote role with regular travel within the territory.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategy
  • Build relationships with architects, lighting designers, and distributors
  • Identify and secure new project opportunities
  • Deliver product presentations and support specification efforts
  • Track pipeline activity and meet regional sales targets

 

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in lighting, electrical, or architectural products
  • Strong knowledge of track, accent, display, and LED lighting systems
  • Experience working with specifiers, designers, and distributors
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with the Metro New York market preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience

 

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently in a remote role
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
