Are you a strategic sales leader with a strong track record in the lighting industry? We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead growth through trusted industry relationships.
At Linmore LED, we’re known for innovative solutions in commercial and industrial lighting and wireless controls.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, grow, and manage the Western Regional territory
- Develop and execute a winning channel sales strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams
- Analyze performance metrics, forecast growth, and report to executive leadership
- Travel to key markets (approx. 50%) to support and grow relationships
What You Bring:
- 7+ years in channel sales, preferably in lighting, electrical, or adjacent industries
- Deep industry knowledge and the ability to speak the customer’s language
- Excellent teaching, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
