Role Description
We are currently seeking a self-motivated Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast U.S. region. This is a full-time remote role, with a 3-month trial period based on performance. Must be based in Northeast US region. Key responsibilities include managing and developing relationships with prospective clients, identifying and nurturing new business leads, preparing sales plans, and providing exceptional customer support. The role also requires frequent collaboration with internal teams such as engineering and manufacturing to address client needs effectively and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales in the LED lighting and electric component industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of LED lighting and associated technologies, including expertise in product applications and solutions
- Ability to create sales strategies and analyze market trends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM tools and office software for effective documentation and reporting
- Ability to travel within the designated Northeast U.S. region for client meetings, industry events, and expos (LEDucation)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field preferred
