Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Midwest Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow relationships with architects, lighting designers, electrical distributors, and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales within the lighting or electrical industry, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for design-driven solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and market share within the Midwest territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, specifiers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct product presentations, trainings, and on-site visits to promote PreciseLED solutions.
  • Develop territory business plans and execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Track opportunities using CRM tools and provide regular forecasting reports.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project success from specification to delivery.
  • Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and training sessions as needed.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in the lighting, electrical, or architectural products industry.
  • Established relationships with architects, lighting designers, and electrical distributors in the Midwest.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.



Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with custom lighting or specification sales.
