Business Development Manager: Norcross, Georgia
Sosen USA, Inc, an award-winning international LED driver manufacturer, is seeking an innovative, organized, highly motivated, candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit for the position of Business Development Representative. With a respect for values and shared cultures, this individual will cultivate new customers and expanding US market opportunities among LED lighting manufactures. Reporting to US VP of Sales, this position will be an integral part of the team by demonstrating strong business ethics while meeting sales targets and developing long term relationships. This exciting opportunity requires a visionary that is self-motivated and possesses an earnest “steadfast” resilient mentality with strong ability to drive revenue.
Responsibilities

Responsible for new sales account planning, sales forecasting, and engaging cross-functional resources to align with customer requirements.

Determine competitive landscape at target accounts, develop unique value propositions, pricing strategy and quotation/proposal presentation, deliver proposals and negotiate with customers.

Engage senior decision-makers at C-Suites levels.

Identify new market opportunities and provide intelligence on industry trends and needs.

Establish internal and external requirements for successful OEM partnerships.

Collaborate with engineering team to identify customer applications and convert them to product specifications.

Establish company and personal goals and objectives.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services.

Attend industry shows and events.
Travel
This position requires approx. 20-40% out-of-the-area and overnight travel, including some international travel as required.
Requirements

BS in Business, Marketing or Engineering

Previous sales / sales leadership experience; lighting or electronics industry a plus.

Experience and knowledge of weighing industry or technical background

Minimum of 5+ years of outside business development experience

Fluent in Mandarin or Spanish a plus
