Hayden Bukas Promoted to Director of Sales - Bukas Lighting Group

St. Charles, Illinois - Bukas Lighting Group (BLG) announces the well-deserved promotion of Hayden Bukas to Director of Sales for four key brands, FC Lighting, SSL Lighting, Paramount Industries, and Solutions for Lighting. Hayden will manage all sales functions of these brands in addition to overseeing the day-to-day of the territory managers. Hayden will retain his territorial sales responsibility in both the Western US and Western Canada where he formerly served as Regional Manager, Outside Sales.

The second generation of the Bukas lighting legacy, Hayden started on the ground floor 10 years ago in fixture manufacturing. In his many roles with the company, he has served in logistics, fabrication and powder coating, customer service, inside sales, and most recently as the regional manager in the Midwest, Northeast, Canadian and Western regions. This experience prepares him with the knowledge and insight to truly grow each of the brand’s businesses.

Hayden explained, “My plan is to take a targeted approach to sales utilizing data analysis to increase revenue. I want to leverage the numbers to see what’s working for us and what’s not. You can’t manage or improve what you don’t measure.” He will support and expand BLG’s specification community niche, focus on strengthening fundamental product lines, and reinvigorate the Paramount Industries brand.

Hayden holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies in addition to a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Communications and Culture from Indiana University Bloomington. He intends to pursue continued education including an executive MBA in the coming year.
