Get a Grip to launch podcast series that explores Lighting Industry Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
The National Association of Innovative Lighting Distributors and Get a Grip Management have entered into an agreement with Edward Bartholomew of Bartholomew Lighting and John Arthur Wilson of Fernhill Workshops to produce a special release set of podcasts to be distributed on the Get a Grip on Lighting platform.
Among other topics, these podcasts will explore the lighting industry's relationship with diversity, equity, and inclusion. Seeking the truth and looking for answers Edward and John are embarking on a journey to discover if there actually is a problem and if there is how it can be remedied.
