Kenall and Visa Lighting Reach Settlement on Disinfection Lighting
Kenall Manufacturing and Visa Lighting mutually agreed to settle their pending litigation concerning visible light disinfection technology.
KENOSHA, WIS. -- Kenall Manufacturing and Visa Lighting mutually agreed to settle their pending litigation* concerning visible light disinfection technology.
Visa Lighting has ceased its relationship with Vital Vio, Inc., will cease selling its current disinfecting products and will discontinue the use of technology from Vital Vio, Inc.
Patrick Marry, President of Kenall stated, “Kenall is pleased to resolve this disagreement with Visa Lighting. We look forward to a cooperative future with Visa Lighting.”
