Flex CEO Details COVID-19 Business Impacts

In a webinar with Harvard Business School, Revathi Advaithi and Professor Willy Shih discuss the company’s response to manufacturing disruptions due to coronavirus.

If you're familiar with Flex Lighting Solutions, you also might be aware that the parent company, Flex, is a $25 billon company involved in many business sectors including Industrial, Energy and Healthcare.  Recently, Flex CEO Revathi Advaithi shared some insights on past, current and future business impacts relating to COVID-19.  Prior to joining Flex in February 2019, Advaithi was President of Eaton’s electrical sector for both North America and South America.

In the web conference below, Advaithi shares her insights with aspiring MBA's at Harvard Business School.  She covered many topics relating to the current and future responses to the pandemic-impacted business world: manufacturing, supply chain, personnel and customer demand.  While it is not a lighting-specific discussion, we felt that many of the themes and topics that were covered related closely to lighting manufacturing.
