Who We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a visionary Director of Sales to lead our national expansion and forge meaningful relationships with builders, developers, designers, and lighting specifiers. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, a sharp eye for design, and experience working in or alongside the architectural or design industries.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale Auralyte’s sales pipeline across key territories
- Lead and mentor a growing team of regional sales reps and agencies
- Cultivate relationships with high-volume developers, builders, architects, and designers
- Drive Auralyte’s builder partnership program and shade-based revenue model
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and showroom partnerships.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales leadership, preferably in lighting, design, or architecture.
- Strong network within the builder, designer, and specifier communities
- Deep understanding of value-based selling and high-end product positioning.
- Charismatic, driven, and relentlessly resourceful.
- Passionate about innovation and interior design trends.
Preferred:
- Background or formal training in architecture, design, or lighting specification.
