About the job

This role is designed for a true “hunter”—a driven sales professional responsible for developing new accounts within an assigned territory or industry. The ideal candidate thrives in a producer role, is self-motivated, and excels in driving business growth through innovation, persistence, and a strong work ethic.

A proven track record in museum and gallery lighting sales is essential. The candidate must have deep industry knowledge and experience working with curators, designers, and architects to develop tailored lighting solutions that enhance visual storytelling and conservation.

Key responsibilities include identifying and securing new customers while delivering exceptional service throughout the entire sales lifecycle. This position offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with top Retail, Hospitality, Museum, and Gallery brands, providing transformative lighting solutions that inspire and elevate their spaces.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management and/or new business development in Museum/Gallery lighting
  • Ability & willingness to travel 50% throughout the designated region of the US
  • Highly self-motivated, hard-working and proactive
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Team player who is both independent and coachable
  • Ability to construct, maintain & manage a book of business
  • Dedicated to meeting all quotas and metrics provided
  • Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service
  • Prompt and accurate response time to internal & external requests
