As we continue to expand our presence in the U.S. market, we are seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen relationships with distributors, OEMs, and key industry players.
Position Summary
The Sales Representative – COB LED Solutions will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand Polymatech’s market footprint. This role will involve managing sales channels, securing new business, and fostering relationships with customers such as lighting manufacturers, distributors, OEMs, agricultural companies, medical equipment manufacturers, and end-users.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of LED lighting, semiconductor sales, or B2B technical sales experience in the healthcare, horticulture, and lighting industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the COB LED market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with OEMs, lighting manufacturers, medical device companies, and horticulture solution providers.
- Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts, ensuring strong customer retention.
- Educate and train distributors, partners, and customers on Polymatech’s COB LED product line, technical specifications, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and product development) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events to promote Polymatech's brand and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, market analysis, and business reports to senior management.
- Provide technical support and sales consultations to customers, ensuring they select the right LED solutions for their applications.
- Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients, conduct sales presentations, and manage key accounts.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in LED lighting, semiconductor sales, or electronics distribution.
- Strong knowledge of COB LEDs, lighting applications, horticulture lighting, or medical lighting solutions.
- Proven track record of sales success, exceeding revenue targets and growing market share.
- Ability to present technical solutions to decision-makers, including engineers, procurement teams, and business executives.
- Experience managing distributor relationships and working with channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a remote/home-office setup.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office 365.
