Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and oversee the marketing strategy for the Delta Light Group North America brands, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, email campaigns, and social media platforms, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand market needs, industry trends, and customer demands, translating insights into effective marketing strategies.
  • Partner with product development teams to support product launches and communicate value propositions effectively to target audiences.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and optimize the performance of all digital channels, ensuring content is consistent, engaging, and on-brand.
  • Develop KPIs and track performance metrics for digital campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to maintain a compelling online presence.

Trade Shows & Events:

  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to represent the Delta Light Group North America brands at trade shows and industry events.
  • Develop messaging and materials for events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Support on-site event execution as needed, including travel up to 20% of the time.

Team Collaboration & Vendor Management:

  • Build strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives efficiently.
  • Provide clear leadership and guidance to marketing team members and cross-functional collaborators to ensure goals are met.

 

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within the lighting or architectural industry.
  • Skills:
    • Proven expertise in digital marketing, including website management, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Monday.com, and content management systems.
    • Familiarity with event planning and trade show execution within the lighting or architectural industries is a plus.

    • Highly collaborative and team-oriented.
    • Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
