Bell & McCoy is a leading Manufacturers Rep Agency, committed to providing solutions and exceptional service to our customers. We’re seeking an experienced, driven salesperson to help continue our growth in the New Mexico/El Paso market.
Job Overview:
This job position would consist of calling on Electrical Distribution, Electrical Contractors, End Users & Engineers in a defined area with a defined customer base.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and create strong customer relationships
- Generate new sales within the territory
- Introduce new products to the market
- Work with new and existing customers on product approval and specification
- Attend industry trade shows and conferences with our manufacturers
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and management teams to ensure the customer needs are met and improve our market presence within the territory
- Plan and report on account progress, goals, and specific customer strategies
Requirements:
- 3-5 Years work experience in outside sales…experience in the electrical business is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel (likely 30% of the time).
- Basic computer skills and experience from Microsoft Office Suite
