Nulite is a privately-owned company founded in 1953 located in Denver, Colorado. It manufactures high quality, leading edge architectural lighting products. Nulite offers innovative engineering, modern design, advanced optics, simple installation, and superior customer service. We are seeking a Director of New Product Development in our Denver production facility to drive the new product life cycle from concept to release.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovative product development initiatives
- Implement agile methodologies to enhance product development efficiency and adaptability
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and technology adaptation within the team to build a high-performing product development team
- Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing product development team
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement
- Drive strategic planning and execution of product roadmaps and timelines
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
- 10+ years of experience in the lighting industry with emphasis in engineering or marketing
- Demonstrates leadership in driving innovation and product strategy
- Expertise in cross functional team management and market analysis
- Experience in successful product launches and revenue growth
- Established industry relationships with key designers
