We are seeking an ambitious and experienced VP of Sales and Marketing - Architectural Lighting to drive market expansion and sales growth in North America for a leading lighting manufacturer. This hybrid, high-impact executive role involves developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, building and leading high-performing teams, and fostering long-term customer relationships to enhance market presence.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 10+ years of sales and marketing experience within the lighting industry, with a proven track record of achieving results.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- The ability to develop data-driven strategies and manage by the numbers.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business (MBA preferred).
