As we expand our footprint in Florida, we’re looking for a passionate Technical Sales Consultant to help us make our mark.
Role Overview:
In this role, your mission is to champion ENTTEC’s products, driving sales and expanding our brand presence. We’re not just looking for a salesperson—we’re looking for a trusted advisor. You’ll guide clients through the technical aspects of our products, ensuring they’re equipped with the perfect solutions. Your proactive sales approach, technical insight, and project management skills will be essential in building strong customer relationships and driving success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Technical Sales Expertise: Spend approximately 70% of your time engaging with existing clients and handling inbound sales inquiries, providing personalized technical consultations to enhance their buying experience and ensure customer satisfaction. The remaining 30% will be dedicated to prospecting and acquiring new customers, driving business growth.
- Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Proactively reach out through various channels, including direct visits, to create and foster lasting client relationships.
- Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty: Offer post-sales support to ensure product satisfaction, helping us build a loyal customer base.
- Account & Project Management: Oversee accounts and projects with precision, fostering long-term client partnerships.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent ENTTEC at trade shows and industry events, showcasing our innovative solutions and connecting with prospective clients.
- Team Support: Adapt to different tasks to support our team’s success and stay aligned with the evolving needs of our market.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Technical Sales: Minimum of 2 years in B2B technical sales, ideally in lighting, audiovisual, home automation, or low voltage systems.
- Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office and CRM systems, to manage client interactions effectively.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and collaborate with the team.
- Client-Focused & Proactive: We’re looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, takes initiative, and is eager to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
