Regional Sales Manager

We seek a full-time experienced Sales Director with a successful track record of sales growth and relationship-building. The role requires a balance of nurturing existing client relationships and pursuing new business. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this position will work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Duties include:
- Set and achieve sales goals, boosting overall revenue.
- Present our company’s mission and products effectively to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure a first-rate experience.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Build strong client relationships and communicate our solutions effectively.
- Meet clients virtually or in-person as needed.
- Handle multiple projects with independence and attention to detail.
- Manage administrative tasks, such as reports, CRM updates, and project tracking.
- Share insights on competitor products, market trends, and strategic opportunities.
- Candidates must reside in the Southern region.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in lighting sales.
- In-depth knowledge of the architectural lighting industry, with strong ties to rep agencies, lighting design firms, and architectural firms.
- Solid understanding of LED technology and product offerings.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and responsible.
- Ability to work autonomously and in team settings.
- Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems for customer engagement and sales tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
