Sales Manager

HEPER USA is looking to add a regional or national sales manager to its fast-growing team!
HEPER USA is the subsidiary of HEPER GROUP, a global leader of exterior architectural lighting products. We are committed to improving life through light and delivering high-quality lighting products that enhance the aesthetics and functionality of public spaces. We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers to facilitate our future growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our sales operations within the designated region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the specification lighting market.
Regions:
- Western, Eastern, and Central territories.
- Location is flexible, but proximity to a major airport is preferred.
- This role requires up to %50 of travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architectural specification lighting market.
- Build and maintain relationships with local agents within the territory, including setting goals and managing performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lighting designers, architects, engineers, and other specifiers.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to representatives and specifiers.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the architectural specification lighting market or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of lighting principles, products, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
