Outside Sales Specialist – Lighting and Electrical

ASA Electrical Solutions is calling sales professionals in the Electrical, Lighting and Builder markets looking for a new role in both Denver, CO and Phoenix, AZ. We are a leading manufacturers representative agency in the lighting and electrical industry, and we are growing like crazy which is why we’re looking for hungry outside salespeople to learn our product lines and hit the streets so we can capitalize on this busy construction and retrofit/remodel market.

In this role, you can expect every day to be different. Today’s to-do list and agenda will look nothing like yesterday, and tomorrow will be different again. Here is a list of tasks that our top performers experience on a day-to-day basis:

• Presenting and marketing our products to the electrical wholesale distribution chain, showing new products to contractors and end users that do installations every day – these products will make doing their jobs easier, faster and safer.

• Suggesting the perfect lighting product for local lighting installations that you are proud to point out to everyone you know.

• Working with our distribution network to make sure they have the right products on the shelf to support their customers with the newest products and trends in the market.

• Calling on end users, contractors, builders, distributors and OEM's in commercial, residential and industrial marketplaces.

• Following projects from inception to design, to breaking ground and providing support throughout construction.

The perfect fit for this role is a hard worker who is not afraid to learn new things, but sales experience within the Electrical/Lighting/Construction channels previously is a plus. This position offers the opportunity to make commissions and bonuses on top of your salary. Benefits include Health and Dental Insurances as well as 401K. Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for this hybrid role.
