A DAY IN YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll spearhead multi-channel lead generation campaigns, identify potential clients, assess their needs, and match them with the perfect Sol solution. By collaborating with our sales and marketing teams, you'll devise effective lead-generating strategies that drive results and exceed targets.

Using our CRM system, HubSpot, you'll manage sales activity, maintain prospect relationships, and offer clients valuable information to assist in their purchasing decisions. Your success will be defined by your ability to consistently follow up and deliver relevant information in a timely manner.

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or an inside sales role

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, preferably HubSpot CRM

  • Experience in a business-to-business environment

  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques

  • Ability to engage and build relationships with clients

  • Proficiency in making sales calls and managing customer needs over the phone

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about achieving targets

 

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

This is a full-time position in our regional office based in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. Our Team works Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.  A Sales Development Representative has the flexible option of working remotely for up to 3 days per week after the probation period.

 

TRAVEL OPPORTUNITIES
