Outside Contractor Sales Representative: Greater Nashville, Tennessee
A well-established lighting agency in Greater Nashville is in search of an Outside Contractor Sales Representative. You'll collaborate with our sales team, manufacturers, and Central Tennessee's leading contractors to provide first-rate products, technical support, and service throughout the region.
Responsibilities:

Provide lighting & control solutions products to electrical contractors to best suit their applications.

Continue to build relationships with these accounts and provide excellent customer service.

Communicate and strategize with quotes dept, spec sales and inside staff for jobs going to bid.

Facilitate the sales of our company's products and services. This will involve understanding their requirements, providing necessary technical assistance, quoting, soliciting orders, and recommending additional products in a high-paced, multitasking setting.

Review project documents, specifications, and blueprints to carry out material takeoffs.

Make informed selections of products and quantities to meet project specifications, while also assessing potential alternative solutions.

Attend both internal and external coordination meetings related to projects, liaising with contractors, engineers, and suppliers.

Offer service and support to customers during design, construction, and post-project completion stages.
