Intra Lighting US – Customer Care Department (CCD)
Intra Lighting US is subsidiary of a Intra Lighting d.o.o., a global lighting manufacturer with a headquarters in Slovenia. Our US based operation is growing aggressively and moving into a new facility in Bucks County, PA. We are now looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join in our customer service department to help support our clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Use company and vendor resources to provide excellent customer service.

Accurately and timely quoting to our representatives.

Review submittals with sales team and update project offers accordingly.

Enter orders and provide estimated lead times.

Provide tracking information and shipping updates.

Coordinating sales and marketing materials with Sales Staff and Representatives.

Manage quality & warranty claims.

Updating of rep & client database.

Communicate with Sales Management concerning customer concerns, changes, and strategies to improve customer support.

Issuing Invoices & invoice reconciliation.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales & service in the electrical, distribution, building products or related industry.

Lighting product knowledge preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively and maintain strong customer service skills.

Experience with MS Office.
-
Ability to perform in fast paced, time sensitive work environment.
-
Comfort on phone and MS Teams video calls.
Education and Experience
Minimum of Associate’s degree in business administration or related field. Must have 2+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales sector of the lighting industry. The CCD will report to the CEO of Intra Lighting US.
