Lumenwerx is a rapidly growing company that designs and manufactures architectural luminaires from the ground up, a practice that fosters its in-house ingenuity and allows for quick responses to the constantly changing requirements of the fast-paced lighting market.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer base and grow revenue and customer satisfaction in accordance with company sales objectives

  • Support sales representative productivity and growth

  • Review market analyses and develop sales campaigns

  • Identify new customer and vertical market opportunities

  • Strategic management of territory through goal setting and actions to support growth

  • Communicate market developments to key internal stakeholders in Marketing, Product Development and Customer Service Leadership

  • Represent company and promote company value position at industry events

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design or related

  • 5+ years in Outside Sales and established representative relationships in the metro NYC area.

  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, Sales Force, or a CRM system

  • LC designation from the NCQLP (asset)

  • IALD or IES membership and engagement (asset)
