Regional Sales Manager - Western US:  Flexible - Western US


Our company provides lighting solutions for a variety of applications. New construction, retrofit solutions offered. We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Western US

Position Summary: Develop and Implement regional sales objectives for your territory. Travel requirements for the position are no less than 60%. Candidates ideally should be located in a western region market. Being near an airport hub is ideal. Geographical responsibilities include Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, and Alaska.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop territorial and regional sales plans
  • Drive annual sales to your target for territory
  • Must have great communication skills. Will be conducting professional sales presentations to your customer base and within the lighting industry.
  • Introduce newly launched projects to the market and customers in your territory.
  • Train/update lighting representatives within the region
  • Track and maintain active projects and share w/management as assigned.
  • Maintain and communicate key company metrics to assigned lighting representatives
  • Computer skills to include Excel, Power Point, CRM and Outlook
  • Minimum five years sales experience in the lighting industry
