About the role:

  • This is a full-time position
  • The role will be a mixture of office and remote working
  • You'll be responsible for managing the marketing function within the business
  • You’ll be hands-on, increasing brand awareness, engagement, developing collateral and lead generation as we look to continue growing our business
  • You'll work on delivering high-quality marketing campaigns through collaboration with the international brand marketing teams

About you:

  • You understand and are passionate about lighting
  • You have a good understanding of the lighting market in the United States
  • You have experience managing a collaborative marketing structure
  • You value a diverse and inclusive work environment
  • You live within an hour of Gaffney, SC
  • You’re creative and innovative. Always on the lookout for improvements
  • You have strong commercial awareness and the ability to see the larger picture to prioritize efficiently
  • You enjoy responsibility, making decisions and challenging the status quo
  • You have experience in working across multi-media marketing campaigns, data, and analytics
  • You have an excellent understanding of what an exceptional customer experience looks like
  • You excel in a busy and fast-paced role, so you'll be process-driven and commercially astute
  • You love all things digital and are skilled at working with creative teams to create impactful social media content, copy, videos, images, and other materials
  • You are a creative thinker with a successful track record of storytelling and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are a great problem-solver and take ownership of complex projects with minimal guidance
